Exercising on outdoor fitness equipment at the high temperature is helpful

The University of Western Australia research team allowed 11 healthy men to exercise on outdoor fitness equipment at 36 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius. Then they can choose any food in a buffet.

The results show that people who exercise in low temperature intake more 300 calories of food than those in the high temperature. "This shows that if you choose to exercise on outdoor fitness equipment in the high temperature, the amount of food consumed will be reduced after exercising," said Dr. Kim Galfi, a research team member.
